At AlterEGO BeYOUty, we pride ourselves on delivering premium, luxury hair designed to match every mood. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards to ensure every client receives hair in pristine condition.

All Sales Are Final
All bundle and wig purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been processed.

Eligibility for Review
We will only review requests for items that arrive:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

To be eligible:

  • Items must remain unused, unaltered, and in original packaging
  • All tags, zip ties, and security ties must still be intact
  • Requests must be submitted within 3 days of confirmed delivery

Important Hair Policy
Hair that has been:

  • Worn
  • Installed
  • Brushed, combed, or styled
  • Cut, colored, bleached, or altered in any way

Will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Custom & Made-to-Order Wigs
All custom wigs and made-to-order units are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are created specifically to your preferences.

Include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of original packaging

Once reviewed, AlterEGO BeYOUty will determine if a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate.

Refund Processing
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our end.
